Located in a historic white building that used to house ‘The Cock Inn’ a previous second pub in Bawburgh. Our apartment is quirky, luxurious and spacious. It is available to hire as a full or studio apartment (with access to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and living space).

Sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Comprised of a king size bedroom (can be twin beds), a shared bathroom that has a bath with a shower overhead and a double bed room.

An open plan kitchen and living room provide ample space to relax and unwind. With a fully equipped kitchen, 4 seater dining table and relaxing lounge area with a smart TV and free WIFI this an cosy home from home environment.

Available nightly or for weekly, midweek or weekend breaks – it is the ideal location for holiday rental in Norfolk. A well situated base to explore the great places tourism in Norfolk has to offer.

For corporate stays or long term use (i.e. a 3 month placement, whilst your new house is being built, for mid-week business travel) please contact us and we can discuss your individual requirements.

Please note: The stairs into this apartment are relatively steep, so not ideal for anyone with limited mobility.

Our luxury self catering three bedroom apartment is located a short walk from The Kings Head. Located in a historic white building that used to house ‘The Cock Inn’ a previous second pub in Bawburgh. This ground floor self catering apartment in Norfolk is opulently designed with antique furniture, designer fabrics and a laid back feel. It is available to hire as a full or studio apartment (with access to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and living space).

Sleeping up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. A master king size bedroom has an en suite bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower. A bathroom with a shower serves the other two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other a king size that can be split into twin beds if required.

An open plan kitchen and living room provide ample space to relax and unwind. With a fully equipped kitchen, wood burner, and 6 seater dining table there is plenty of sociable space.

Free WIFI throughout and a Smart TV make this the ideal location for a short or long break away. Available nightly or for weekly, midweek or weekend breaks.

For corporate or long term use (i.e. a 3 month placement, whilst your house is being built, for mid-week business travel) please contact us. We can discuss your individual requirements and provide a bespoke quote.

Our self catering apartment in Norfolk is the ideal base for business or pleasure for up to 6 guests!

Walstan (50 sqm)

Our lavish suite Walstan is full of ‘elegant drama’ with the vaulted and beamed ceiling taking centre stage and is accessed through its own private entrance. Named after Saint Walstan who was born in Bawburgh during the 10^th to 11^th Century and was Patron Saint of farm landlords. Walstans imminent death was foretold by an angel and he asked a priest for his last rites. No water was available but a miraculous spring welled up on the spot. St Walstans Well at Bawburgh is the only one of the legendary springs that remain identifiable. Come and visit Bawburgh and we can guarantee a relaxing and romantic break in our luxury B&B in Norfolk.

Our junior suite Tilney is a spacious, light and airy room that is luxuriously and historically styled throughout, with antique furniture, oversized mirrors and a petite walk in wardrobe. Named after William Tilney who built The Kings Head in 1602. Three generations of the Tilney family ran the mill in Bawburgh. A comfortable, stylish and spacious family B&B room near Norwich – ideally situated for exploring Norfolk.

Space for a Z-Bed to increase the capacity to 2 adults and 1 child under 12 (there is a charge of £25 for a Z bed and this includes their breakfast)
A separate seating area with writing desk and cosy armchairs

Our smallest double room is charming and rustic whilst being perfect for short breaks or corporate travels – enjoy a luxury B&B near Norwich.
